Summary: This all relates back to a prompt I received from luminousbeat, who wanted: Uh... Belgium, Prussia, and Germany. Over the violation of Belgium's neutrality promised to her by the Treaty of London in 1839 (Prussia handed the responsibilities of the treaty over to Germany, meaning Germany shouldn't have invaded Belgium, but did regardless). And became different times during the World Wars (though, mostly WW2) that Prussia disagreed with what Germany did. And seeing England's method of raising kids wasn't really any worse.
